Our Soulful Sister Circles are Moon led gatherings created as a safe, nurturing space for women to come together, soften, and reconnect. Guided by the energy of the lunar cycle, each circle supports both intention-setting and release , honouring where you are and what you’re ready to call in or let go of.
Each gathering is intuitively curated and may include a blend of yoga, breath-work, sound healing, energy work, astrology, and Human Design. These practices are chosen to align with the specific energy of the New Moon or Full Moon, supporting emotional awareness, clarity, and inner alignment. This is a space to be seen and heard, to trust your intuition, and to move through the cycles of life in sisterhood held, supported, and free from judgment.
