Come and join us for our Spring Equinox Weekend Retreat. Relax and enjoy time away from home, close to Glastonbury.
3 nights luxury accommodation at Upper Woodlands, in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Arriving from mid-afternoon on Friday and leaving on Monday mid-morning to relax, explore, walk and enjoy the nearby countryside. An opportunity to share time with other soul sisters joining our retreat.
We will come together for yoga to start each day, ending the day with more yoga and sound baths led by me.
During our stay we will have a two-hour slot each day for exclusive access to the wonderful on-site spa facilities:

· Nordic outdoor hot tub 
· Gym facilities 
· Relaxation room 
· Sauna   
Meals provided to include: 
· Smoothies and breakfast snacks to start each day: Saturday & Sunday 
· 3 tasty breakfasts/brunches: Saturday, Sunday & Monday  
· 3 delicious lunch, dinners or supper: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.  
Drinks available to include a variety of teas, coffee and soft drinks & some tea time treats.  We will not be providing alcohol, though you may wish to bring your own or not - your choice!   
Price for this luxurious retreat weekend for you to invest in recharging and renewing yourself is £750 for a shared room, all ensuite.
Twins & king-size beds are available - please let me know if you have a preference.

Single rooms are available at an additional cost. Deposit of £250 required to secure your booking. The balance can be paid in 2 instalments at the end of January & February.
