Yoga Overlooking the Lake

Join me for a magical and beautiful sunrise or sunset yoga whilst overlooking our beautiful lake in Fambridge, Essex. Be at one with nature, reconnect and recharge in our beautiful secluded location. Escape for an hour of peace and tranquility.

Outdoor Yoga at the Estuary

Whether you fancy an energising yoga flow rising with the beautiful sunrise, or a nice relaxing sunset flow, you will be able to overlook the breath-taking estuary.

Please note: All classes are weather dependent and must be booked using the booking system that is provided here on Nirvana Yoga Wellness. Please bring your own mat to the sessions. If you do not have a mat one can be provided for you - please let me know via email if one is required before hand.

I offer one-on-one sessions which are completely designed for you.

Whether you're a complete beginner, need help with alignment or have a previous injury that needs a flow totally created to assist this, I am here to fulfil your every need. We will work together to build you a flow that works for you and your lifestyle, working closely to help you connect movement with the breath and music. This can be done in the comfort of your own home or in an outdoor space (weather dependent).
